Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Armando Montelongo has built the largest real estate firm of its type in Texas in just a few short years.
Less than ten years ago, Armando moved to California with his wife, Veronica and unborn son. They moved into her parents’ garage because of critical medical complications and the foreclosure of their home. After working through nearly fatal challenges with the two people he loves most, Armando found himself $50,000 in debt with no job and no way to make money. This gave him the drive to make money fast.
Armando quickly found that real estate is a great market to make money. By learning from his life experiences, Armando was able to get started in Real Estate and within five years, started Montelongo House Buyers. They are currently purchasing as many as 20-25 houses per month to flip. Armando’s business keeps advancing because of his drive to excel and determination to help people. He has helped thousands of people make their dreams come true.
He has an intense passion for studying real estate market trends and developing techniques to help others. He has come up with some of the most profitable and ingenious real estate investing tips available.
Armando’s other interests include Tae Kwon Do, sparring, running, weight lifting, boating and being with his family. All these things help him find balance in his chaotic life.
